Homes for Sale in Ellenton, Florida
Home to our main office, and one of the most historic towns North of the River.
Ellenton sits right on the Manatee River, and it was a community of its own long before "North of the River" was a name for the area. Gamble Plantation Historic State Park, the only surviving antebellum plantation house in South Florida, is here, and Manatee Village Historical Park, just across the river in Bradenton, preserves old Florida life.
Today, Ellenton is a mix of established neighborhoods, new construction, and easy access to the Ellenton Premium Outlets and I-75, without losing the small-town feel that made people want to live here in the first place.
Our main office has been at 6305 18th St E in Ellenton for years. If you'd rather talk to someone in person than fill out a web form, stop by.
