Leslie Wells has spent her career helping people buy and sell real estate. Along the way, she has built lasting relationships with clients, neighbors, local businesses, and the communities she serves. She has served on boards from Little League to banking.

Rooted in the land and the river.

Long before the new neighborhoods, Parrish was farm country, built on citrus, cattle, and crops. Ellenton grew up along the Manatee River, where the Gamble Mansion, built between 1845 and 1850, is now a state historic park. Palmetto began at a riverfront landing, and the waters around Terra Ceia are protected today as an aquatic preserve. Those beginnings still shape the character of each community.

Leslie has called Parrish home since 1988. She has watched the area grow while remaining connected to its people, agricultural heritage, and community life. Her involvement in the development of FoxBrook, a community of 277 homes, is one chapter in that history: a vision for homes with room to enjoy the land and the Florida lifestyle.
