Referral agents have none of the expenses typically associated with real estate transactions: no MLS fees, no association dues, no key fees, and no errors and omissions insurance. Agents may also be paid on their own purchases and sales.

How does it work?

Referral agents submit names and phone numbers, which are then assigned to top agents fully trained in handling referrals. These agents specialize in customer service and will keep you informed on the status of the transaction.

As a referral agent, you can have business cards to promote your referral business. Referral agents are not permitted to show or list property themselves and will not have access to lockboxes and MLS services.
