About Harrison Ranch
Harrison Ranch is an established Parrish community of about 1,100 homes between US 301 and Erie Road, developed by Pulte and built from 2006 to 2018. Most are single-family homes of about 1,300 to 4,500 square feet on lots of about a fifth of an acre, along with 30 attached villas, and many back onto ponds. The main community is not gated, but two sections, the Villas and Normande East, are. Its Community Development District owns the amenities: a clubhouse, a Jr. Olympic pool, a 24-hour fitness center, two tennis and two pickleball courts, a basketball court, two playgrounds, a multi-purpose field, and about five miles of nature trails. There is also an HOA.
