About Copperstone
Copperstone is a gated neighborhood in Parrish between Erie Road and Moccasin Wallow Road. Its 611 homes, built from 2007 to 2016, are 495 single-family homes and 116 townhomes, from about 1,200 to 3,400 square feet. Ryland Homes built homes there. Single-family lots are mostly about a sixth to a quarter of an acre, and some back onto the community’s lakes. Residents share a clubhouse, two pools, a fitness center, a playground, tennis and basketball courts, and walking trails. Copperstone has an HOA and a Community Development District (CDD), whose yearly assessment varies by home type and lot width and appears on the county tax bill.
