About Twin Rivers
Twin Rivers is an 1,800-acre Parrish community between Gamble Creek and the upper Manatee River, entered from Twin Rivers Trail off Golf Course Road. It has more than 900 single-family homes, many on lots of half an acre to more than an acre, built by several builders since the mid-2000s. M/I Homes is still selling new homes in its Creeks Edge section. Residents share a riverfront park and pavilion with a boat ramp, fishing pier and kayak launch, about three miles of trails and boardwalks, a playground, basketball, soccer, and sand volleyball. The master community is not gated, though some sections are. It has an HOA and no CDD.
