About Crosswind Ranch
Crosswind Ranch is a master-planned community in Parrish, entered from State Road 62 at Spencer Parrish Road, east of US 301. It sits next to the earlier Crosswind Point neighborhood and shares its community development district. Two builders are selling there now. Homes by WestBay builds single-family homes of about 2,135 to 4,900 square feet, and Mattamy Homes builds single-family homes and townhomes of about 1,600 to 3,790 square feet. Lots run from 18 and 22 foot townhome sites to single-family homesites 40 to 70 feet wide. The community has a newer amenity center with a pool, an open-air cabana, pickleball courts, a playground, and a dog park, and residents can also use the amenity center in Crosswind Point. Trails run through the community. Crosswind Ranch has an HOA and a CDD.
