About Parkway Villas
Parkway Villas is a condominium community of villa-style units in unincorporated south Bradenton, on the north side of Bayshore Gardens Parkway just east of 26th Street West, about 0.6 mile west of US 41. Manatee County records list 221 units in six condominium phases, nearly all built in 1980, with about 670 to 1,480 square feet of living area, and county roofing permits describe one-story buildings. The association’s clubhouse at 6000 Coral Way has a kitchen, a library, and a billiards room, beside a heated pool with a sauna and a shuffleboard court, and there are two laundry facilities. The association’s rules require one resident of each villa to be 55 or older, and it was on the state registry of housing for older persons from 2012 to 2020. There is no CDD.
