Country Village of Bradenton is a condominium community in unincorporated west Bradenton, just east of 75th Street West along 29th Avenue West, about a mile north of Cortez Road. Manatee County records list 351 units in 14 separately recorded condominium sections, built in stages from 1982 to 1990, with about 600 to 1,440 square feet of living area and a median of about 1,130. The section common areas total about 47 acres. The Section 7 common area at 2725 72nd Street West holds the pool, spa, shuffleboard court, and clubhouse, and several sections have carports. Country Village of Bradenton Condo Association, Inc. registered the community with the state as housing for older persons from 2005 until Florida ended that registry in 2020. There is no CDD.
