Terra Siesta Mobile Home Park Co-op is a manufactured-home cooperative in Ellenton, in unincorporated Manatee County, off US 301 North just west of Erie Road. Terra Siesta Boulevard runs through it from US 301 to Erie Road. Terra Siesta Co-op Inc. owns the common land and facilities, and the county assesses each home site as a unit of the cooperative, which was recorded in 1991. County records show 538 home sites on about 86 acres, 530 of them with manufactured homes (326 double-wide, 201 single-wide, and 3 triple-wide) built from 1960 to 2024, most of about 550 to 1,600 square feet. Co-op parcels hold two recreation buildings, two swimming pools, shuffleboard courts, and a pickleball court. The co-op was on Florida’s registry of housing for older persons (55+) in the state’s final 2020 list. There is no CDD.
