About Tidewater Preserve
Tidewater Preserve is a gated community on the Manatee River in the City of Bradenton, beside I-75 east of downtown. WCI Communities developed it and reported homes delivered there from 2012 through 2015 in its annual reports. County records show about 640 homes built from 2007 to 2020: about 311 single-family homes of roughly 1,500 to 4,400 square feet on lots of about a fifth to a quarter of an acre, and 329 condominium homes in the Terrace, Riverside, Lagoon, and Coach Homes buildings, of about 1,120 to 2,330 square feet. Every platted homesite is built, and the last common parcels passed to the master association in 2021. Tidewater Preserve Master Association, managed by Castle Group, owns about 310 acres of common land and publishes boating and fishing rules for the community lagoon. There is no CDD.
