Oakfield is a master-planned community of more than 1,900 acres in Parrish, east of I-75 off Buckeye Road with access from Moccasin Wallow Road. Eisenhower Property Group manages its development, and it is divided into two villages. Oakfield Lakes, the northern village, has homes by Centex, D.R. Horton, and Starlight Homes and an open amenity hub, The Grove, with a pool, kiddie pool, splash pad, playground, and dog park. Oakfield Trails, to the south, has homes by Ashton Woods, D.R. Horton, Homes by WestBay, Meritage Homes, Pulte Homes, and Stanley Martin, including two gated neighborhoods. Its planned center is The Harvest Club, a members-only social club listed as coming soon, with a fitness center, six pickleball and two tennis courts, and a pool. Homes are single-family on 40 to 70 foot homesites, and each village has its own HOA and CDD.
