About Isles at BayView
Isles at BayView is the second section of BayView, off Carter Road between Moccasin Wallow Road and Buckeye Road in Parrish, just east of I-75. Brookfield Kolter Land Partners developed its 396 single-family homesites on about 180 acres and sold them to Centex, David Weekley Homes, Maronda Homes, and Inland Homes. Inland Homes is the last builder selling, with one home and two lots left in September 2026. Homesites are 40, 50, and 60 feet wide. Unlike the Del Webb section next door, Isles at BayView is not age-restricted. It has its own clubhouse and pool on Moonsail Drive, owned by the Eagle Pointe CDD, along with a playground, a game room, and a dog park. It has its own HOA, separate from the Del Webb section’s, and is in the Eagle Pointe CDD.
