About Prosperity Lakes
Prosperity Lakes is a Lennar master-planned community of about 1,070 acres in northern Parrish, south of Buckeye Road and west of US 301, next to North River Ranch. Lennar planned more than 2,100 homesites, and the community’s CDD counts 2,159 units, 1,234 of them platted so far. Lennar is the only builder and is selling townhomes and single-family homes on 40 to 60 foot lots, with plans of about 1,450 to 3,870 square feet. A separate active adult section, which Lennar says is exclusively for residents 55 and older, has villas and single-family homes and makes up about 900 of the planned units. Lennar lists the Lakeside Clubhouse, a pool, fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, a playground, and trails; a clubhouse for the 55+ section is described as future. Prosperity Lakes has an HOA and a CDD.
