About Crosswind Point
Crosswind Point is a Homes by WestBay community of about 230 acres in Parrish, on the south side of State Road 62 between US 301 and Spencer Parrish Road, across the highway from Crosswind Ranch. WestBay is selling its final homes there, mostly quick move-in villas. The community has 472 homesites from 35 to 65 feet wide, with single-family homes and paired villas built since 2022. WestBay’s current homes run about 1,530 to 3,140 square feet. An amenity center has a pool and an open-air cabana, and pocket parks and water and conservation views run through the community. Residents can also use the amenities in Crosswind Ranch, which shares Crosswind Point’s community development district. Crosswind Point has an HOA and a CDD.
