About Esplanade at Azario
Esplanade at Azario is a gated Taylor Morrison golf village in the Manatee County part of Lakewood Ranch, off Lorraine Road near State Road 64. It is one of two Taylor Morrison neighborhoods in Azario, which covers about 1,000 acres with an eventual 1,750 homes; the other is Park East at Azario. Lakewood Ranch lists 1,474 homes in Esplanade, attached villas and single-family homes of about 1,530 to 3,100 square feet, and Taylor Morrison is still selling. The 18-hole course, designed by Chris Wilczynski, opened in May 2020, and residents get golf access through their HOA fees. Other amenities include an Aqua Range, a pro shop, a culinary center, a pool with a poolside bar, a spa, a fitness center, pickleball, a salon, and a cafe, with a lifestyle director on site. The village is financed through the Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District.
