About Harmony at Lakewood Ranch
Harmony at Lakewood Ranch is a Mattamy Homes village in the Manatee County part of Lakewood Ranch, east of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard between Malachite Drive and Rangeland Parkway. Mattamy bought about 245 acres in 2013 and planned 677 homes, mostly townhomes and duplex homes plus 142 single-family houses. Mattamy marketed its final phase, one- and two-story townhomes of about 1,333 to 1,932 square feet, in late 2022, and Lakewood Ranch now shows the village as sold out. Amenities include a pool with lap lanes, a clubhouse with a fitness center and a tot lot, and Roger Hill Park and the Lakewood Ranch trail system are next to the village. Harmony has an HOA and is financed through the Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District.
