About Stonegate Preserve
Stonegate Preserve is a Lennar master-planned community in unincorporated Manatee County with a Palmetto address. It is reached from Artisan Lakes Parkway, south of Buckeye Road and just west of I-75. Lennar began sales in February 2024 and is still selling in late 2026 through three single-family collections, The Manors, The Estates, and The Executives, with a Classic Collection listed as coming soon. Plans now listed run from about 2,080 to 3,340 square feet. The CDD covers about 418 acres and assesses 790 units: single-family homesites 50, 55, and 65 feet wide, plus 124 townhomes in Phase 3. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, pickleball court, and playground. Stonegate Preserve has an HOA and a CDD.
