About Summerwoods
Summerwoods is a neighborhood of single-family homes in Parrish, on the south side of Moccasin Wallow Road west of Fort Hamer Road. Brookfield Kolter Land Partners developed its 988 lots and sold them to Ryan Homes, Starlight Homes, Meritage Homes, and M/I Homes, and the community is sold out. Homes were built from 2019 to 2025 and range from about 1,365 to 3,090 square feet, about two-thirds of them one story, on 40 and 50 foot homesites. The CDD owns an amenity center with a pool and splash pad, along with playgrounds, a dog park, trails, and ponds open to catch-and-release fishing. Summerwoods has an HOA and a CDD.
