About Lakewood National
Lakewood National is a golf village in the Manatee County part of Lakewood Ranch, built by Lennar around the 36-hole Lakewood National Golf Club, an Arnold Palmer design. Golf membership is bundled with the homes, with access provided through HOA fees, and the club hosted the 2025 LECOM Suncoast Classic, a Korn Ferry Tour event. Homes include condominiums and single-family homes, and the village is gated. Amenities include a clubhouse, a 24-hour fitness center, a full-service spa, a pool with poolside dining, eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, four pickleball courts, and two bocce courts. Lennar’s current Lakewood Ranch listings no longer include the community, so homes there are resales. Lakewood National is financed through the Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District.
