About Covered Bridge Estates
Covered Bridge Estates is an established neighborhood of about 800 single-family homes in unincorporated Manatee County with an Ellenton address. It lies north of 37th Street East between I-75 and US 301, and the association points to I-75 exit 224 for access. The association says the community was developed starting in 2000, with one- and two-story homes of about 1,300 to 3,900 square feet on larger and smaller homesites. The clubhouse on Shenandoah Circle has a meeting room, exercise room, billiard room, and full kitchen. Other amenities include a heated pool, tennis and basketball courts, two playgrounds, lakes, and nature preserves. Covered Bridge Estates has an HOA and no CDD.
