About Sanderling
Sanderling is a Mattamy Homes neighborhood of 95 single-family homes in unincorporated Manatee County with a Palmetto address, east of 16th Avenue East near US 41 and south of I-275. Mattamy announced the opening in January 2026 and held a ribbon cutting at the sales center on Soaring Vida Street in April 2026. Mattamy is the only builder and is still selling eight one- and two-story plans of about 1,504 to 2,799 square feet, all with two-car garages. County records show the plat recorded as Sanderling with 95 residential lots, most still owned by Mattamy. Sanderling has an HOA and no CDD.
