Bella Lago is a D.R. Horton neighborhood of single-family homes in Parrish, west of US 301 between Moccasin Wallow Road and Buckeye Road. Its first plat was recorded in December 2019, and county records show homes built from 2020 on. It lies within the Brookstone Community Development District, about 445 acres, which assesses 1,091 homesites on 40, 50, and 60 foot lots. D.R. Horton is still selling plans of about 1,500 to 3,300 square feet from its Express and Tradition series; finished homes on the county roll range from about 1,230 to 3,960 square feet. D.R. Horton lists a clubhouse, heated pool, fitness center, tot lot, dog park, multipurpose sports field, and covered picnic area. Bella Lago has an HOA and is in a CDD. It sits next to North River Ranch but is not one of that community’s neighborhoods.
