About Del Webb BayView
Del Webb BayView is the age-restricted section of BayView, off Carter Road between Moccasin Wallow Road and Buckeye Road in Parrish, just east of I-75. Del Webb’s brochure describes it as a gated community for residents 55 and older under the federal Housing for Older Persons Act. Del Webb built about 950 single-family homes and paired villas on about 494 acres from 2021 to 2025, on 38-foot villa lots and single-family homesites 40, 50, and 64 feet wide, and its own page for the community listed it as sold out from December 2025. The Driftwood Club opened in 2023 with a fitness center, a demonstration kitchen, and the Sailfish Bar & Grille, beside a zero-entry heated pool, a resistance pool and spa, pickleball, tennis, bocce and shuffleboard courts, an event lawn, a dock with a kayak launch, a dog park, and a community garden. It has its own HOA, Del Webb BayView Community Association, and its own district, the DW Bayview CDD.
