About Artisan Lakes
Artisan Lakes is a Taylor Morrison master-planned community in unincorporated Manatee County with a Palmetto address, off Moccasin Wallow Road just northwest of I-75 exit 229. Artisan Lakes Parkway runs through it north to Buckeye Road. It has three neighborhoods: Esplanade at Artisan Lakes, a gated section of single-family homes and twin villas; Eave’s Bend, with single-family homes; and Edgestone, with townhomes. Taylor Morrison lists all three as sold out. The master association cites about 800 acres, and the two CDDs count about 1,900 single-family units. Esplanade has its own clubhouse, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and bark park. Eave’s Bend has an amenity center with a pool, fitness center, playground, and basketball court, and Edgestone has a pool. Artisan Lakes has an HOA and two CDDs.
