Mandarin Grove is a neighborhood of 298 single-family homes on 55-foot lots in unincorporated Manatee County with a Palmetto address, on the east side of Bud Rhoden Road between Moccasin Wallow Road and Buckeye Road. Kolter Land developed the land, and D.R. Horton and Perry Homes are both selling there. D.R. Horton offers plans of about 1,328 to 2,605 square feet, and Perry Homes lists plans of about 2,000 to 3,300 square feet. County records show the first 128 homes finished in 2024 and 2025, with about 170 lots still vacant. D.R. Horton lists a clubhouse and pool. Mandarin Grove has a CDD.
