About Palma Sola Trace
Palma Sola Trace is a neighborhood of about 100 acres inside the City of Bradenton, off 75th Street West between Cortez Road West and Manatee Avenue West, on land the Property Appraiser still labels the Old Palma Sola Golf Course. Taylor Morrison developed it, and county records show homes built from 2006 to 2014. It has 546 homes: 272 condominium townhomes of about 1,230 to 1,520 square feet, 126 paired villas of about 1,550 to 1,990 square feet and 148 single-family homes of about 2,000 to 3,060 square feet on lots of about 0.14 to 0.23 acre. Amenities include a clubhouse with a lending library and catering kitchen, a heated lagoon-style pool and a fitness center, and the grounds have ponds and a creek. A master association, separate condo and villa associations, and the Palma Sola Trace Community Development District share upkeep.
