About Palm Lake Estates
Palm Lake Estates is a manufactured-home condominium in South Bradenton, on the south side of 53rd Avenue East just west of 9th Street East, in unincorporated Manatee County. The condominium was recorded in 1981 on about 70 acres, and county records list 292 units, about 290 of them with manufactured homes, mostly double-wides built from 1975 to 1980 of about 860 to 1,450 square feet. Owners hold condominium lots, and the association owns the private roads, a 25-acre lake tract, and a recreation tract. The association describes it as an adult community with at least one occupant 55 or older in each unit, and its site lists a pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard court and woodshop. Buyers and renters need board approval. There is no CDD.
