It has two sections, each with its own HOA, CDD, and amenity center. Del Webb BayView is a gated, age-restricted 55+ section of about 950 single-family homes and paired villas on about 494 acres, built by Del Webb from 2021 to 2025. Its Driftwood Club opened in 2023 with a fitness center, a restaurant and bar, a heated pool and resistance pool, pickleball, tennis, bocce, a dog park, and a kayak launch. Isles at BayView has 396 single-family homes on about 180 acres, built by Centex, David Weekley Homes, Maronda Homes, and Inland Homes, with a clubhouse, pool, playground, and dog park. Homes across BayView range from about 1,360 to 3,650 square feet.
