About Coasterra
Coasterra is a master-planned community under construction in unincorporated Manatee County with a Palmetto address, north of Buckeye Road and just west of I-75. Cornerstone Land Company is the developer. Five builders were selling single-family homes there in September 2026: Taylor Morrison at Cove, Palms, and the gated Esplanade at Coasterra, Meritage Homes at Cove, M/I Homes at Cay, and Cardel Homes and David Weekley Homes at the gated Edgewater neighborhood. Builder floor plans run from about 1,450 to 4,600 square feet. The plan includes a 65-acre lake, a 20-acre lake, and a 165-acre nature park. As of September 2026 the developer lists its main amenity center, Club Coasterra, and two neighborhood centers, The Estuary and The Watermark, as planned or opening soon. Coasterra has an HOA and a CDD.
